Conto Termico 3.0: New Opportunities for the Energy Transition

In 2025, the Conto Termico 3.0 program introduces significant changes to make it easier and more affordable to improve the energy efficiency of buildings. The initiative offers financial incentives to those who aim to reduce energy consumption and promote the use of renewable sources.

The new provisions simplify the application process and expand the range of eligible interventions. In some cases, it will be possible to obtain full coverage of expenses, such as for public buildings or those located in small municipalities.

The program is intended for public administrations, including schools, hospitals, and municipalities, as well as for owners of residential, commercial, or service buildings. Among the planned interventions are improvements in insulation, installation of high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, such as heat pumps, as well as the installation of photovoltaic systems and electric vehicle charging points.

To participate, simply visit the Portaltermico portal, fill out the online application, and once approved, the GSE will provide the contribution to cover part of the expenses incurred.
